Film still is, and for many years the best format of acquisition.

Its latitude, contrast, depth of field, colour rendition...as well as the creative decitions that one can make in the Lab and Telecine don't have competiton.

Very much the preferred choice in Filmmaking, mainly in its S35mm and 35mm format as well as Commercials, Music Videos and independent films taking advantage of the more compact S16mm or 16mm format.

S16mm is enjoying a very exciting time due to the great compatibility with High Definition, being this one the preferred format for mastering.

At AMBOS PICTURES we have our own S16mm Aaton camera with a nice set of Prime and Zoom lenses and all accesories.
Depending on the nature of the production we can supply any other camera packages including 35mm film cameras.
